A Place Where Explorers Reach New Heights

Union Station

Union Station is one of the most iconic sights in Denver. And extending west from this historic landmark to the Platte River is a new, densely populated district with highly-amenitized residential towers, large office buildings, and a beautiful park that attracts visitors from the adjacent LoHi and Highlands neighborhoods. One of the nation’s first riverfront restoration projects, Confluence Park invites people to experience the great outdoors right downtown.

Explorers are drawn to Union Station’s 360 degrees of urban and mountain views – and its sense of possibility. For health-conscious young professionals, high-income empty nesters, and companies seeking a location in a growing and vital part of downtown, the district is must-see. With access to trains, planes and automobiles (not to mention Denver’s 80-mile trail system), businesses and residents here share a global mindset and move at a fast pace – at least during the day. At night, the area slows down with locals grabbing dinner, walking their dogs and enjoying Colorado’s laid-back lifestyle with family and friends.

Anchored by Whole Foods Market, the REI flagship store and the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver – plus a range of restaurants and retailers – Union Station has a growing market for design-related goods, outdoor apparel, gyms and fine dining. Recent additions such as Tavernetta (a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant), Lucchese boots, and Kaffe Landskap provide visitors good reason to spend a day exploring what the area has to offer.
